Council has established the Economic Stimulus Policy (the program) to provide the community, building owners and developers with the opportunity to apply for an incentive. It reflects the intent of the Central Highlands Regional Council (council) Corporate Plan 2022-2027 to support regional industry development via advocacy, planning and incentives and protect and promote the heritage of our region.

This grant round will consider applications that meet the assessment criterial outlined in the policy for:

Stream 1: Facade Improvement
Stream 2: Built Heritage
Stream 3: Placemaking
